All additional people up to maximum allowed (for Cottages, RVs, and tent-camping) is $25 per person per night.

We recommend Advance Reservations during the summertime and holiday weekends.

You can guarantee your reservation with one (1) night's non-refundable deposit.

Additional features of the Konocti Pad include: private patio, cement pad, extra parking and a personal dump station!
RV Site includes electric (both 30 amp and 50 amp), cable TV, water, lighting, and WIFI.
Extra parking for your car is available at no extra charge.
RV Guests have full access to resort amenities. For example: BBQ grills, outdoor tables, dock, fish cleaning stations, etc.
Note: Bathroom facilities are not available, but coming soon.

Smoking / Fish Cleaning / Pets on furniture in rooms - $200 fee.
There is a $30 Processing Fee for Cancellations.
Cancellations received 14 days prior to Arrival Date, will be charged the Cancellation Fee as well as the one (1) night's non-refundable deposit. If payment has been made in full, the remainder will be refunded.
No Refunds for Date Changes, Cancellations less than 14 days prior to Arrival Date, and after Final Payment made.
If you do not cancel and do not show for your reservation, you will be charged for your complete reservation. If we rent the cottage out, you will be refunded the number of days we were able to rent the cottage minus the cancellation fee.
Weekly Rates: No refunds for early departures.

GROUP RESERVATIONS (3 or more Cottages or RV Sites): 50% Non-Refundable Deposit at time of Reservation with 24 hour Grace Period for Cancellations or Changes (Grace Period only for Group Reservations).

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Money Order, Cashier's Check, and Cash.

CHECK-IN TIME: 2:00 pm. CHECK-OUT TIME: 11:00 am.

We will be happy to try to accommodate any special check-in or check-out needs for a nominal fee.
